Are you looking for a new job or a new career - part 2

August 18th, 2006

In my last post, I posed some questions to hopefully get you thinking.  Many  people, I know, will have answered that they want to stay in the same field and are simply ready to look for a new job.

That’s the easier part -  you already have the experience and the background.  If you’re looking for a new job, the important things to keep in mind are dedication, patience and perseverance.  Make sure that you focus on your job search!  Check resources both online and off on a regular basis - daily if you’re between jobs or very serious about a new position and at least once every other week if you just want to be aware of the job market in your industry.

Good luck!
